Now that Labor Day is over, it’s time for fall activities! Don’t you love the start of a fresh new season?
A fresh new season brings a fresh new bucket list. Last year’s fall bucket list was such a fun challenge, I had to do it again. Here are a few of last year’s bucket list posts…
The Fall Bucket List- Attend a Football Game
The Fall Bucket List- A Camping Adventure
Last year, I was able to check most things off my list. However, towards the end, I felt a bit panicked because I had not completed everything. There just wasn’t enough time!
To feel less panicked this year, I could have added fewer items to my list. However, I think it is fun to have a plethora of things from which to choose. Instead of looking at my bucket list as a to-do list where everything must be checked off, I’m choosing to view my list as a suggested list of activities. Some items are the same as last year- they are my yearly traditions. Some items are completely new challenges. I’m using the same template I purchased on Etsy last year (to be thrifty), but there are even more cute new templates listed this year. The template I used was was easy to download and customize. Here is the link to that printable template. I also really like this one because you can print it and then fill in the blanks with your own writing.
Tips-
~ Keep a picture of the list on your phone and edit it by checking items off as you go.
~Schedule some of the activities in advance. Otherwise, they might be forgotten.
~Remember that it might be possible to check off several items at once. The more checks, the better!
~Take pictures to document your list of activities. The pictures will be so fun to look at next year!
And most importantly……
HAVE FUN!!!!
I challenge you to make your own list. Share your favorite activities!
