Saturday was the best day.
I officially said yes to the happy dress while surrounded by my bridesmaids, my mom, and my fiance’. The occasion was everything I envisioned.
For me, every single wedding activity is so fresh and exciting!
Actually, I’m far more excited about this wedding than I was when I first married at 23 and was clueless about life. Now, I appreciate all the happy times.
Since Eric and I have both been previously married, we decided not to stick to the usual wedding traditions. As mentioned in my previous post, Eric actually helped me pick out my dress because we wanted to experience everything together. Therefore, we decided to share our special pictures of this day before the wedding. Please excuse the picture overload!
The day concluded with an early dinner. Mom actually tried sushi and learned to use chopsticks.
And what’s a celebration without champagne and cupcakes? Pink Piggy Sweets in Goldsboro did the most amazing job on my cupcakes. So pretty!
I was so grateful that my family made arrangements to join Eric and me for that special occasion. We made such wonderful memories that day! I truly believe the happy dress is the one for me!
